    Domains

    Need some help with this.

    What's dns?

    What do you call it when I have a site, ll.x10hosting.com and I have some pages. But I buy a domain and I want them to show as say, ll.com/pages.html instead of ll.x10hosting.com/pages.html. What is it?

    Where can I buy a domain cheap (less then 10 dollars) with paypal. (unverified account) My parents won't put in their credit card information?

    NameCheap/Yahoo/GoDaddy/HostWay are the cheapest I have encountered ;)

    DNS is Domain Name Servers.

    We would set your root domain to the domain you buy so that it gets rid of ll.x10hosting.com and replaces with the domain.

    Godaddy for sure has paypal. And yes any TLD (top level domain) can be used at your root domain if thats what you are asking

    NameCheap is cheaper and I think the offer is still going with WhoisGuard ^^ (PayPal enabled)

    I've tried godaddy and etc. They all take me to the paypal site then ask for my credit card information. :/

    I mean do all hosts offer the root domain.. like if for some reason x10 goes down (hopefully not) and I need to find another, would they offer it?

    Godaddy.com is the cheapest i bought mine glitchplay.com for 3 bucks i know a promot code that is good.
