Problem with Invision Board

Hello, I just got a liscense for IPB. I installed it and the forum works great. But when i went to install a component. the installation box was blank. Do i need to upgrade my PHP level with 10hosting?

If not, ill figure it out unless someone happens to know the answer. It's for ALL the components(modifications). These are compatible modifications. The one I'm trying to use is, IbMarket. The other ones that came with the forum, didn't work either.
