advertisement with SMF

It took me 10 mins to decide were to post this and im still not sure if this is the right place, but im tired of waiting i just want some help with the advertisement script and how i can add it to my SMF forums on my site heres the link http://dubanime.co.cc/forums All i want is for the advertisement tos how on the top of evry page, however when i ad the x10advertisement code it works but at a major price, the entire sites template is disfigured and for a mysterious reason the fonts are altered, this happened when i tried the simple way by psoting the x10 corporate code at the top of all the other SMF code

can some one help me out or atlest give me a URL to some sort of mod that will solve my problem, btw my version of SMF was straight off of fantastico 3-4 days ago and is 1.4 or something like that, then i went to admin panel and it said to do certain updated by clicking one button and i did that. Im also using a downloaded template and trying to use a advertisement mod
Thats all the changes that have been made on my SMF forums.

This is the correct place to post requests like this
and to post your advertisment codes you simply
You need to find the header file for the theme your using, then look for something along the lines of site name. after that should be a site description function. if you replace the site description with the x10advert codes it SHOULD work

If I remember correctly, the code for the header is in index.template.php, under the template_body_above() function. You can also use this Ad Management mod, which should work as well.

kool, thanks, that was what i tried to do, but i couldnt find header now i found that file that you jsut said, and ive found the place you said to put the code, im going to do it in 15 minutes, and ill post right back

BTW the reason i gota do it later is cause server is down
