Need HELP!!

Ok this is what I need help on.

I want my affiliates to show up on every page of my forum at the bottom of the forum.

Like this forum has:
http://www.footiedesigns.co.uk/

Like the Marquee they have going right to left. And the Box they have. I want that in my forum too, but not sure how to do it.

This is where I'm keeping my affiliates now, and it's not very good:

Anyone who knows how to do this sorta stuff, please reply. Either give me step by step instructions, or I cna give you admin access to do it.

just right click at the bottom of the footiedesigns page and view the source code. There's a <marquee> tag that you can read i guess.
