can any one tell me how can i install this application on my hosting account.....' Its a perl and cgi app

it says i require a shell window via ssh having root....'
what it means, can any moderator please provide me that facility,..........

They are saying you will need total control of the server.
You will only get this if you are using a Virtual Private Server, your own Dedicated Server, or your own server.
Root is the user that is allowed to control the whole system.
This would be very tricky to install here. I suggest trying to find a program that uses PHP as an alternative.

If you REALLY need the script then i highly recommend these (I have one :D) THey even come with CentOS5 HostInABox which is basically a full fledged hosting package thatll run on even the smallest package.
