how can i easily synchronize between my Joomla Users and Google Apps, so that i do not have to create google apps account manually. it automatically synchronizes the database automatically when a user register's on my Joomla site.

If you can get/make a script that adds the users to the Google database, merge that script and the script that adds the users to your Joomla DB together.

Unfortunately, I can't find a script that does what you want. So you will have to try and code it yourself (Or pay someone to do it).
