Joomla 1.5 CSS problem

Your permissions are preventing the CSS files from being displayed displayed to visitors. Try setting them to 755 or 777 and see if that resolves it; I have this problem all the time on my home server.

Is it Linux based? Do you have several other developers FTPing files from loads of different operating systems? I do, and I think that is what causes all the issues ;).
