Well I'm currently learning C# but i only started bout 2 weeks ago, so i'm not what you would call an expert.

I don't really get what you mean. C# is just another version of the C programming language. like C+. FireFox is coded in C

well to make things a lot easier, try using Microsoft Visual C# 2005. Or you can google and write your code in notepad then download a compiler to compile your .cs files.
