Frontpage Site Problem

I'm having a problem with my site, and I truly don't know if it's a frontpage problem, or something I have to do somewhere else. I am new to building websites as far as on my own without a sitebuilder, so I am having a little bit of issues. I have a submit information page, where visitors can submit stories, but when i tested it, x10hosting requires a user name and password to post on my website, which is not what I wanted. I wanted users to freely submit their stories or information onto the website without creating an account. My site is still under construction, but here are two links to the pages where I want users to submit info, (by the way my site is in spanish, but the fields are understandable):
