however, you would be better off taking the html template part and hacking on a database of your choice. if you're really not afraid to learn some things, take punbb, hack in blogs, mp3 upload, paginated forum edits, and database mailbox. em411 was the guinea pig. now the site-builder has many sites just like it or based on older versions.
