Drupal Creating Content Problem

I installed Drupal and from the menu on the left, there is only "My Account", "Administer" and "Log Out" listed. There is usually another option called Create or Content or something, where you go to make posts or pages, but it's missing on my website? If I try and click on the link from the front page, the part where it says: [ Start posting content Finally, you can create content for your website. This message will disappear once you have promoted a post to the front page. ] It should take me to a place to make a new post or page but I get a page that says: [ You are not authorized to access this page. ] The account I am using is the one I created during installation, and just to be sure I made a new role with all permissions called "administrator" and ticked that for my account too. The PHP has already been upgraded to intermediate level for the account. My website is here: http://cavecanem.pcriot.com/ Can anyone help? Thanks.
