unneccessary Image Html tags appearing

The following text appears in all my posts preview in my home page when i click the post to see the individual post then the text is transformed as an image and displaying correctly.im using WP Limit Posts plugin does it causes this crash?
Please help me

seems like there's no formatting on the front page. line breaks aren't even showing up. the function that they use for formatting could also include parts for the caption tags
