My forum is being prevented of execution.

Hi

I've been trying to bring up a forum online, gaming one, precisely World of Warcraft guild forum, and i tried phpbb and smf, though i pretend to use smf forum now, but i have problems.

Errors like this can be found in the error log in cpanel:

IP address was hidden by security reasons, is there any way to allow executions of this kind of php functions?
