    Accessing phpPgAdmin's config file

    Hi,

Does anyone know how to access the config.inc.php of the phpPgAdmin available in cPanel?

I got a "login disallowed for security" message when logging in my postgresql through cPanel. I found in the Online FAQ that I need to change the $conf['extra_login_security'] setting to false in the config.inc.php file, but could not find where this file is located.

    Thanks.

    Josh

This file isn't accessable to customers. I would recomend opening a support ticket about this in the helpdesk, Thank you.

Thanks. Yes, I've now just opened a ticket. Hope there will be a reply from helpdesk soon.
    Edit:
I have received a reply for my submitted ticket as below:

    Hi.

No we do not allow you to access this file. However I'll try to notify the Admins for you.
It seems that it is not possible to access the configuration file.
Then I tried another option which is installing phppgadmin on my x10hosting account and received this message:
" Your PHP installation does not support PostgreSQL. You need to recompile PHP using the --with-pgsql configure option."
It looks that I have to access the php config file (which may not be possible either).

I then tried the other option which is creating a postgreSQL database on my x10hosting account. A database has been created but I am confused about the way to access the database. Is it through phpPgAdmin? But there is only one server available there (localhost - which is not accessible). I am a newbie on this matter, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm also having problems with phpPgAdmin, I'll let an upper level staff member know about this.
