Looking for listing software

Hey folks.

I'm looking around to see if I can't find some ready-made, reliable "top lists" listing software. It needs to allow visitors to vote on their favorite items, which dynamically effects the item's location in the list.

I'd like to be able to find something that uses accounts from forum software, in particular SMF, to track voting (mainly to ensure that people don't cheat and vote a billion times for their favorite thing). And of course, should be customizeable.

Does anyone know if such a thing exists, or have any suggestions?
