    FTPd

I have spent a lot of time on Google looking for this. Does anyone know of a FTPd that can do the following:

    Run on windows XP
Store users in a database modifiable by PHP
Be free or less then $10

Is Filezilla free? If you use Dreamweaver [and other packages] they often include an FTP Get & Put service within them. CPanel has an upload & download facility

I gather since he wants it modifyable via PHP there's some other reason he wants an ftpd client (possibly a service of some form that would be better serviced with ftp for its members?)

Filezilla won't work, I can't even -find- its configuration files, but it seems it -might- still be modifyable via php. FZ's server interface doesn't appear to be modifying files, but it -does- seem that it's sending updates directly to the server EXE, so that might work.

But other than experimenting with FZ I don't know any other servers that are heavily modifyable at all

Thanks. FileZilla stores it's info in a XML file. That will work with PHP.
