Forms not working

Hello,

I created a website with Publisher 2007 and user some forms provided by Publisher and the program ask me to write a patch to my ISP/SERVER provider.
My problem is that im not sure if i´m writing well the patch to the server in the "submit" action button.

I tried this patch:
"http://mex10hosting.com/usr/sbin/sendmail"

I know that your service already has a CGI script installed but i can´t get it to work.

Doesn't Publisher have an ftp setting?

If it does, all you provide is the link to your account.

i.e. Localhost, accountname, password
