Easy way to test your php locally instead of uploading to the server and then seeing if it works. Small and lightweight program saves you the trouble of installing a multitude of files.

Took me awhile to figure out how to get it going but now I can practice and view php on my local computer. Whenever your fire wall pops up and says keep blocking etc. go ahead and block it for security reasons. It will still work locally even though your firewall blocks it.
