i tried to update my joomla website.
first i logged in using the super admin account through xyz.com/administrator/

and clicked on add new article and typed in the whole article and clicked save
now i get this error

403 Forbiddden
And it said something like you are not allowed to access xyz.com/adminstrator/index.php
and blah blah

why is that so even though i am the super admin, and fixes for it ?
