Send Email

Dear ALL

I need help to send email legally with my own PC with IIS server. I try lot's of demo software but doesn't get result. Main concept is for sending new blog post to member via email with send rate 100 per hour.

It's should be less budget and follow all current email rules.

Anyway, I can't help you with that. This is mostly a free hosting site, that means we are all broke and can't afford IIS
