Ayuda por favor ya puse mi codigo de activacion para el C panel no puedo entrar

Hola me he registrado en x10 hosting pues todo hiba bien me dieron al final un pasword de confirmacion para llegar a mi control panel pero al ponerlo me salio un mensaje que decia que mi usuario ya estaba en uso y me redirigio a la pagina del Login y me aparcio estemeensaje al intentar poner mi datos de username y pass :

Aver proporcioname tu usuario de cpanel y con eso solucionare tu problema.
