Ayuda con activacion de mi cuenta!!

hola disculpen soy nuevo y no eh podido ingresar a mi panel para administrar mi cuenta
y quisiera saber que es lo que tengo que hacer este es el mensaje que aparece cuando
ingreso a mi cuenta:

If your hosting account is currently linked to the wrong forum account and you wish to relink it please do the following:

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control with the forum account that is currently linked to your hosting account. Once logged in go to the "Account" heading and pick "Forum Account". On this page you should see a link that says "You may swap usernames", click this link. On the following page put in the forum account information that you want to link your hosting account to. Once entered this will relink your hosting account to the forum account you put in.

¿Eso es el panel de control? Tan sólo son los anuncios que hacen los administradores.

Por favor, revise el siguiente tema que le ayudarán a vincular su cuenta de hosting con la del foro.

Inactividad / Vincular Cuenta del Foro

Usted debe mantener activa su cuenta, para ello debe entrar a los foros al menos una vez cada 30 días (ingrese al foro con su nombre de usuario y contraseña, quédese unos cinco minutos para que el script registre que usted y su cuenta están activos). No es necesario escribir pero sí entrar.
