Problemas Nuevo mensaje en el dominio

Hoola Hola!!

Sigo recibiendo problemas desde mi cuenta del panel y desde mis dominios!! Usuario in3x

No logro saber en que servidor se han movido.. pues ahy problemas por el ingreso al Cpanel .. y recibo mensajes directamente en el dominio asi:

"This Site Has Been Moved to a New Server.

It may be possible to restore access to this site by following these instructions for clearing your dns cache."

desde el accesoo por Ftp recibo esto

Estado: Esperando para reintentar...
Estado: Resolviendo la dirección de ftp.in3xpresiondesign.x10.mx
Estado: Conectando a 69.175.6.94:21...
Estado: Falló intento de conexión con "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error: No se pudo conectar al servidor


Y desde el CpaneL recibo esto!

Que hago ... como resolverlo... llevo varias semanas por no decir que ya se paso el mes en que no veo los sitios y si acceso a mi cuenta lugo ya no puedo!!

encontré esto:

Por sino entendés inglés y no querés usar Google Translate: es que están moviendo cuenta por cuenta a servidores nuevos, etc.; entonces tenés que esperar un tiempo.

Espero que sea eso y no algo peor.
