problemas con cgi

Hola,

soy nuevo en esta comunidad, he creado un hosting free y al instalar mis cgi me da este error:

Internal Server Error

He cambiado los permisos de los cgi a 775, alguien sabria decirme que me falta por ahcer o que hago mal?
