problemas con cgi

Hola, al instalar un programa perl (cgi) en el server me da el siguiente error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Alguien podria decirme que hago mal o si me falta algo por hacer?
