Dead Web for months

My account was blcoked in October. Since then I can't access to my web or my panel (where at least I could recover my files and move my web to other hosting). I'd like to know what I have to do to recover all my info, please. Seriously!

Howdy;
By "blocked" I presume that you mean suspended. If your account was suspended in October and that suspension was not resolved then it is gone and all of your files and data or gone.
If you are experiencing some other issue please post back with your cPanel username and we will investigate in more depth.
