Mi hosting dice Internal Server Error

Cada vez que entro en mi sitio web http://holoeanix.x10.bz/ me dice Internal Server Error, ya he revisado los permisos, los archivos estan en 644 y las carpetas en 755

Me acaba de suceder exactamente lo mismo.
Mi página web es ésta: http://www.ferrosim.x10.mx/ y el servidor Stoli.
Sin embargo sí que puedo acceder al panel de control con total normalidad.
¿A qué puede ser debido?
¿Están de mantenimiento en los servidores?

Ahora sale ésto:

Yo por si acaso estoy haciendo copia de seguridad de todos archivos y carpetas, y de la base de datos, no sea que la cosa vaya a peor...

Vaya, no puedo hacer copia de seguridad de la base de datos porque phpMy Admin también da error:
