500 internal server error

Im having issue to get to: www.rspslocus.com/smf ive added files at that extension but i keep getting this error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

#1 rename/delete .htaccess file that you may have inside your www folder.
