Why is my free site DOWN so frequently?

I've just done a free account (two weeks ago), and i visit the forums two times each week.

I've installed joomla 1.5 the past week, to check funtionality and everithig was quite good... but each time that i check my brand new website... it's DOWN almost wit a chance of 50%.

Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET)

It's soo poor the free hosting that we should expect a 50% downtime?.

The site isn't even published in seaching engines... and the only person that use it now it's me... so it's imposible to be a excess of trafic... (i doesn't published pictures on it).

It's free hosting only suposed to work half of the 24h time each day?.
