Some questions: problems with .htaccess, viewing cpu usage and limit of suspensions

Hi. I'm new here but I'm trying your services and they're very good, but I had some problems.
I installed Wordpress in x10hosting one week ago.

Today, after writing a post, I was noticed of my account suspension. I understood why, so I'm trying to reducing the CPU and memory usage and the hosting petitions. Now, my account is unsuspended.

But I have 3 questions after this:

• I can't write my htaccess. So I ask to the admins for letting me writing this file for activating the anti-hotlinking.
• What's the limit of suspensions? When I unsuspended my account, I saw a message of "Warning 1 of 3"
• How can I view the resources usage by my account?

• You can edit and control the .htaccess yourself. It is in public_html folder and it is hidden, You have to open the filemanager by selecting the "Show the hidden files."

Yes, but after the suspension, I don't have the permissions (and I can't change them) for writing/editing the .htaccess. And I can't still have the permissions, That's the problem.
I readed this page before and I'm doing what it says.
And please, I need to know what is causint the high resource usage.
