Why every time my account is being suspended?

When I post in wordpress, lately my account is being suspended for the same reason: High resources usage. I installed a Wordpress plugin that checks the memory I'm using is being low. So... ¿can I know what is causing high resources usage and why? Because I need fixing it.

Logs show it is wp-cron.php for cpu, not memory. It's hitting well beyond 25% multiple times and staying there, at one point actually hitting 99%.

Near as I can tell it's also using a lot of RAM, but I don't think that's actually the problem. 99% CPU definitely isn't a -good- thing though, and since it's happening in wp-cron.php, that'd mean SOMETHING that the blog is doing as part of updates is hogging CPU. I'd start checking plugins; the logs don't show which plugin caused it cause wp-cron.php was the file actually being ran.
