Error al añadir dominio adicional desde 1&1

Tengo un error al dar los datos de los ns1 y el ns2 de x10hosting y al añadir el dominio adicional (su url y todo lo demas), me sale:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

No sé lo que hacer, ando bastante perdido. Saludos y gracias por vuestra ayuda.
