No puedo acceder al FTP desde Argentina

I'm having issues related with FTP. I can't login fom Argentina lately.

My domain is deoworks.x10hosting.com, it's hosted on Chopin.x10.

When I log into FTP folder it says:
425 Sorry, FTP connections are not allowed from your country of origin.

Please I need help with this.
