My host has been failing for a week

nothing shows up, locations nor files
But if I use a direct link to any files, works
http://vipserver.x10.mx/musica/clocks.swf
I'm in starka server
I have other site in boru server and everything works fine, whats the problem?

Starka has been having some problems recently; people on Starka are having some issues with 503 Service Unavailable errors. This should be fixed soon (hopefully!).

pues ya que tengo acesso a esa cuenta y los problemas con ese server ? por que
