Problemas en mi sitio!!

Hola! LEs cuento que tengo un extraño problema con mi sitio, no puedo entrar y me aparece un errro, y ayer estuvo casi todo el día caído.
Tengo ADfree.

pues yo no veo el erro 404, prueba con subir tu web al siguiente directorio: /public_html/ o tambien a /www/ .esto lo pones en el apartado de configuracion de srvidor que tiene tu editor de web, por ejemplo el dreamwever , en la pregunta ¿en que carpeta del servidor desea almacenar los archivos?

Pero si mi sitio funcionaba perfectamente, estaba todo en Public html!!! No entiendo qué pasa...
Edit:
Si entras puede que te cargue la página principal, pero intentando abrir cualquier topic o algo anexo, aparece el error.

si, una avertencia de X10Hosting.
You may replace this index.html with your new website dice que replaces este index por el tuyo por eso te e dicho que lo subas a una de esos directorios

¿O sea que me borraron mi sitio? ¿Por eso ya no corre?
Disculpa la molestia, si yo quiero cambiarme de ADfree al otro, ¿Qué debo hacer? ¿Tú sabes cuál es mejor?
Lo que pasa es que vi ene el ad Adhance algo así, hay que poner un banner, pero en mi foro, lo pongo sólo en la página principal porque siempre se verá... ¿Eso estaría bien?

tambien puede ser porque corey al estar migrado y solucionado errores del host, pase esto ami tambien me a estado pasando

pude ser cualquier cosa, espera a que se conecte fedlerner y le pregunta aver que pasa o sino directamente a corey.Lo del barner es para el mejor plan pero hay uno que soo tienes que poner una linea de texto
