Need to enable some PHP options.

I want to install PHPmotion on my hosting, in order to do that, I need some PHP options to be enabled, I will appreciate any help.

PHP options needed:

FFMPEG TEST
ENABLE_DL TEST
SAFE_MODE TEST
THREAD SAFTEY TEST

You do realize that video sharing sites are forbidden on x10, and there is no way anyone will install ffmpeg for you.
