500 Internal Server Error

He intentado intalar phpBB3 en un carpeta "foro" y cuanto dintendo accesar a ella u otra carpeta con cualquier contenido me dice:

Haz instalado correctamente?
Cambiastes algo en la configuración de PHPBB o de la plantilla?

Trata de instalarlo nuevamente.
