problemas con focus-sis

Estoy tratando de instalar un programa que se llama FOCUS/SIS en mi sitio, subo los archivos y abro la base de datos postgres, pero cuando intento ejecutar el instalado (install.php) me sale el siguiente error:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@schooltech.exofire.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Tienes que pedir la versión "Intermediate" de PHP para poder utilizar tu script. Lee el siguiente tema: http://forums.x10hosting.com/noticia...es-en-php.html.

El error también se puede dar por los permisos, revisa que los permisos DENTRO de la carpeta public_html sean:
755 para las carpetas
644 para los archivos (algunos archivos de configuración pueden requerir 666)
