Problema urgente!!!

Buenas, me acabo de registrar en la web y en el foro, mis usuarios son los mismos pero al querer vincular mi cuenta del foro con la del cpanel (web) me dice.

mmm tu cpanel username no existe, dime tal cual tu username ya ke busque como "reycam" y no existe :s
Reciviste el email de activacion de tu cuenta de hosting?
de no ser asi pide una copia para activar tu cuenta (si es ke la tramitaste) http://x10hosting.com/hosting/resendconfirmation

Eso ya lo he hecho pero al validar me dice una cosa y ademas ahora me han llegado al correo 7 u 8 mensajes que ponen esto:
This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

muy bien, procederemos de la siguiente manera, lee este tema: link i me mandas por pm los datos ke se te piden en el tema ;)
