Problema de acceso a Control Panel, y Envío de Tickets

Hola,

Me acabo de suscribir hace un momento; he recibido el mail de confirmación con los links para cPanel (http://gnsis.x10hosting.com:2082)

y soporte: http://x10hosting.com/support

En el primero, la página no se encuentra:

Firefox no puede encontrar el servidor en gnsis.x10hosting.com.

En el segundo, obtengo una serie de errores extraños y ni siquiera puedo enviar un ticket de soporte:

ERROR (2): Domain does not match license key file domain (x10hosting.com), please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This Product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.

esto solo un admin lo puede solucionar, actualmente estan muy ocupados por cuestiones de las mejoras y modificaciones que se estan dando, pero tratare de contactarlos lo mas prnto posible para que te solucionen
