As the title states, I'm wondering if anyone can post a tutorial on how to use client certificate authentication and encryption with either an Apache or IIS server (Apache preferred). I have seen numerous tutorials online but they never work for some reason. I'm using Apache/PHP5/MySQL/OpenSSL/Perl on Vista using the Xampp package.
