solution of problem to access blogspot site from different countries

I’ve recently noticed that, some visitor from different countries can not access to any blogspot website. Like www.icct20worldcup2012.blogspot.com. Though it’s a temporary local problem but some one need to access some important blogspot site frequently. If anyone is the admin of any blogspot website this problem will be huge for him/her.
