hi im just new around here may i know or anyopne knows bout out dns server for domain setting

Follow these steps -

1. Create A Record with IP 69.175.104.34

2. Now create two ns Records with name servers

• ns1.x10hosting.com
• ns2.x10hosting.com

no need for and if your account moves from server Chopin your DNS will not work

You can either set an A record (like described above) or configure the two nameservers (while deleting any other nameservers that could already exist). You don't need to do both.
