FTP accounts

Hey guys, I have a problem with my cpanel, everytime i add a FTP account, in the stats box, it still lists 0/1 of accounts used, which is quite a problem for me because i keep getting suspended for not using it, EVEN IF I GO ON THE SITE MYSELF EVERY TWO WEEKS!!!

You get suspended for Inactivity for not logging into the forums. This has nothing to do with logging into Cpanel, FTP, etc.
You are required / requested to login to the forums here once every two weeks to keep from being suspended for inactivity.

" - try to change your cpanel password and relogin. But the reason you suspended was explained by starshine.

where I can find my FTP account? or how can I create one?

I've already found my FTP account but the problem is... I can't connect to server.

"Authentication Failed" What does this means?

It should tell you the address of your FTP account. That means you either have

the password or user name wrong. Make sure that you find the page with the

FTP address and user name.
