I want istall free forum version. what is the best free forum version??

It depends on what you want. In the cpanel, and in fantasitio there are two different free forums you can install. Both have a similar ammount of support and extra features (templates and mod).

1. SMF, I use this because it allows me to have more control over some of the actual php coding, and I can change the code and stuff.
2. PHPBB, Is meant to be better for people to administrate and therefore better for people who are new to creating websites.

Cool. There are loads of free forum software out there, such as SMF, phpBB, MyBB, and coding your own software. I prefer SMF over all software, but if you know what you are doing, I prefer hand coded forums.

I use phpBB on my website, and I've found it very easy to use. Also the vast number of themes allow you to customise it easily.

I would think PHPbb3 would be better as it's easier to use for people like you, plus it's flexible, and customizable so you can make it do whatever you want.

I would have to agree with most here, SMF and phpBB are two of the best out there.
