Cutenews......HOW?

How do you set up cutenews can some one help me? I need it so i can have reporters and stuff.

it has a readme file in it.. read it and follow along the steps.. its not hard.

Use the read me file, u need to upload all the files to your ftp than chmod the correct ones they tell u
