Need some help regarding templates

Hello people!
I'm looking to make my own website.........finally.
But first let me tell you something about my web-development background and skill level:
My background is underground :hahano:
And my skill level is zero. :wtf:

I don't have the time to learn HTML,PHP,CSS and the other languages........
So that's why I'm gonna use templates to make my first website.

I tried using flash templates on Dreamweaver but couldn't get it to open.
So basically I need some place where I can learn more about templates first.

In cPanel, you can either use the Reptile Site Builder - nice & easy for beginners.

Or use Fantastico to automatically install something for you (eg a blog, etc).

There's lots to choose from.

Well i can help u somehow. As u can see u can use in built web development in x10hosting but if u want to learn more about templates and sites i can give you some links here:

CMS:
Joomla - website and blog system (most known free CMS)
Wordpress - blog sytsem

TEMPLATES:
U can always search them on official sites of those CMS or look in google.
So if u don't have time to learn HTML, CSS and other u can download them easy and for free.

You have tutorials also on their sites and forums how to menage templates.

Well You could buy a template, You can get decent ones for about $5, And then edit it in a HTML editor like dreamweaver.
