PHP Upgrade

I tried to upgrade my PHP version to Intermediate from AMP but it returns an error:

An Error Has Occurred
An error occurred with your PHP version change request. Try again later or contact x10Hosting. (Code 3)

then there is an error message at the top of the page:

The server id '1' does not exist.

so, i decided to ask for upgrade here:

reason:

Hi, I'm creating an Online Class Record where I can place my student's grades so they can view them online. Due to this, my students need to login and logout of my site and also manage their personal details including their passwords. I would like to have the ability to send email to them regarding their user accounts. When they reset their password, it would be more secure to email them their password instead of showing it on the screen. I would also like to send them updates regarding their grades to their emails.
Another feature that I'm hoping for is the ability to write to files so I can update my site-generated news feed.
