    I want to upgrade my account pls help

    I want to upgrade my account here at x10hosting but here is my questions first..

    1. i'am using joomla 1.5 as CMS for my site.. but i cant install components/extensions/ of joomla? why is it like that? if i upgrade my hosting here in x10 to a paid account will still this be a problem?
