Zero Tolerance Policy

If your account is suspended for any of the reasons listed below which fall under our zero tolerance policy it is permanently suspended. Accounts suspended for zero tolerance are not eligible to be unsuspended under any circumstance and no backups will ever be provided.

The list of suspensions that are included in the zero tolerance policy.

• Nulled scripts
• Warez
• Copyright Infringement
• Phishing sites
• Severe misuse of server resources (Proxies, Rapidleech, TorrentFlux, etc.)
• Malware and all other malicious files
• Pornographic material, erotic images, and all other adult content
• Unsupported language (any language except English, Spanish, & French without a translation)

If you believe you have been wrongly suspended, please create a support ticket to submit an appeal. Requesting second chances or access to the files will get you banned from the forums.
